Premium projects are not sold as a pile of cheap hours. Ecommerce, multi-market, integrations and custom systems need discovery, scope, delivery stages and a clear acceptance process.

Is email included with every hosting plan?
Yes. Email service on the KGSITES server is included for normal business correspondence. Bulk marketing, unsolicited email and unusually heavy use are excluded. Setup, migration and device configuration may be quoted separately.
Which plan is right for a normal small-business website?
A static brochure or Local Launch site can usually use £10 Website Hosting. A database-backed site or simple managed runtime normally starts with £20 Business Hosting. KGSITES confirms fit before launch.
Is a domain included?
Domain registration and paid third-party services are identified separately. KGSITES will confirm the actual recurring cost before any order is accepted.
Are the prices plus VAT?
No VAT is added because KGSITES is not VAT registered.
Can KGSITES move an existing website to its hosting?
Often, yes. KGSITES first checks the current platform, files, database, email, domain control and third-party dependencies. Migration, testing, DNS changes and mailbox work are quoted separately because the risk and effort vary by site.
What does fully managed web hosting include?
The £50 starting plan covers an agreed management scope with fair resource and support limits. The written order states the runtime, monitoring, maintenance and response included. Larger ecommerce or custom systems may need a tailored plan.
Does KGSITES host WordPress, ecommerce or custom applications?
Database-backed WordPress and custom applications can be hosted where the server and support requirements are a suitable fit. Ecommerce and higher-risk applications are reviewed individually. Platform-hosted services such as Shopify keep their core storefront hosting with that platform.
Are backups included with website hosting?
Backup coverage, retention and recovery objectives are only promised where they are explicitly included and operationally verified for the selected setup. KGSITES will not describe an untested copy as a guaranteed recovery service.
Do calls or quotes cost anything?
No. Initial calls and quotes are free.
