2. Is it template-based or custom?

3. What action triggers payment?
The KGSITES preview creates no obligation. If the business chooses to launch it, suitable static hosting starts at £10 per month. Domains, mailbox setup, migration, additional pages and third-party services are separate where required.
4. Who owns the finished code?
After the first cleared £10 hosting payment, the client owns the completed client-specific homepage code, even if hosting is later cancelled. Reusable KGSITES templates, tools and systems remain KGSITES property, and third-party assets keep their original licences. That distinction allows the client to own the deliverable without falsely transferring software or assets KGSITES does not own outright.
5. What happens after cancellation?
Code ownership and active hosting are different things. Cancelling hosting ends the live hosting service; it does not reverse ownership already transferred. The business becomes responsible for arranging another suitable host, domain configuration, email and any migration work.
When should you choose a full project instead?
A one-hour template preview is a sensible test when a business needs a clearer online starting point. It is not the right promise for a multi-page search strategy, ecommerce, database, integration or custom operational workflow. Those requirements need a proper scope, acceptance criteria and quote.
